Loita Conservation Awareness Centre
Loita Conservation Awareness Centre aims to create awareness among tourist about conserving the Masai Mara Ecosystem and the Maasai culture. Together with Kraaijvanger Architects
a design is made, based on the structure of a traditional Maasai village. The centre has an awareness room, a sustainable workshop, a Maasai giftshop, a coffee- and lunchroom. Building this centre is a big dream for us. It helps the Maasai community to generate income and keep their precious land for their kids, the future generation Maasai who's land and culture are endangered.
We are still looking for donations to make this centre a reality.
